Questions
How long does it take?
Most designs are done within a few business days, then printing takes 2–3 business days. Choosing a proof adds time for you to review. Need it by a date? Tell us in your idea and we'll do our best.
What should I put in "my idea"?
The exact words you want, colors you like, the feel (fun, tough, classy, retro), and anything we must include — names, dates, a mascot or a logo. Pictures help a lot: an old logo, a sketch on paper, a photo, or a design you like the style of.
Is the design fee per shirt?
No. It's charged once per design, whether you order one shirt or a hundred. Shirts are our regular prices, with bulk discounts at 12+.
Can you copy a logo, character or band art?
We can't reproduce trademarks or copyrighted characters you don't have permission to use. We're happy to use them as inspiration for something original. See our Terms.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes — just reply to your order email or call us with your order number and we'll print more.
What if I chose "I trust you" and don't love it?
Custom items are final sale, so if you have strong opinions on the details, choose the proof option. If we made a mistake (wrong spelling of what you gave us, wrong shirt), we'll make it right — see our Returns Policy.
